GP Consultation Summarization Pipeline

PATIENT: I've been experiencing headache for the past 3 days. It's particularly bad in the mornings. Also some nausea but no vomiting.

GP: Any history of migraines? On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate the pain? Any visual disturbances or sensitivity to light/sound?

PATIENT: Pain is about 7/10. No visual issues but photophobia. My mother had migraine with aura.
